How do I turn on my battery?

Click the button on your battery 5 times in quick succession to turn on. It will flash indicating that it is on.

Is my battery charged?

If vapors decrease or light blinks while hitting, your battery needs to be charged.

How do I charge my battery?

Unscrew the cartridge and screw your PYRAMID Battery into the charger (included).

Do NOT over tighten.

Plug your charger into a USB port to begin charging.  The charger light will indicate if your battery is fully charged or not.

  • If the light is red, the battery needs to charge and be left plugged in.
  • A full charging cycle may take a few hours.
  • A green light indicates that you are ready to vape.
What do the numbers on the bottom of my battery mean?

Ranging from 3.3Volts to 4.8Volts the dial allows you to find the perfect hit for you. For a more flavorful experience keep it low. If you’re looking to get ripped dial it up. The optimal voltage for a Pyramid cartridge is 3.8.

What is your return policy?

By purchasing products on this website, you agree and understand the products purchased contain hemp-derived cannabinoids. While our manufacturing facilities are registered with the State of Michigan and follow all current Good Manufacturing Practices, these products have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety and / or efficacy. We make no claims that our products will cure, mitigate, treat or prevent any health conditions or diseases, or claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, your decision is based on your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide.

All Hemp products purchased from Loud Labs carry a 15-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied following the purchase of any product, contact Customer Service within 15 days, and we will issue a full refund. Again, your purchase of product and acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy. We reserve the right to refuse sale of products.

Note: PAX Battery, Vaporizor, or Complete Kit refunds are only available for new and unused devices purchased within 30 days. If the tamper-proof seal is broken a refund cannot be honored. Contact pax.com/support for PAX product support and pax.com/warranty for PAX product warranty information.

HOW DO I RECEIVE A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT FOR A LOUD LABS PRODUCT?

Contact Customer Service within 15 days from when your order was placed. A customer care representative will discuss your concerns with you. A refund will be issued. For repeated product returns or on other rare occasions, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving the warehouse. Upon delivery, please check your product carefully for accuracy and to ensure it was not damaged en route. All claims for missing and/or damaged product must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product missing and/or damaged during shipping within that time. We will ask you for a full description and review the circumstances. At our choice, we will refund the purchase price or replace the product at our expense.

What is your shipping policy?

Shipping to the contiguous United States: We are pleased to offer free economy shipping to all states within the contiguous U.S. on all orders over $99. For orders less than or equal to $98.99, shipping is a flat rate of $10. Please note: not all products are available in all states. Please visit individual product pages to see if your items are available in your location.

Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska: Orders over $99 will receive free economy shipping. For orders less than or equal to $98.99, the shipping cost is $25.

Shipping rates are determined based on the sub-total of the order and exclude taxes and the discounted amount from promotional codes applied during the checkout process.

Orders received prior to 12 PM EST M-F will be processed the same day. Any orders received after 12 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will be processed the following business day. Note: Processing time may vary depending on volume of orders.

While Loud Labs currently allows for P.O. Box delivery, a physical address is always preferred.

At this time we offer shipping to all 50 states and Washington D.C. though individual product availability is dependent upon location.
